SenpEYES is a comedy short film starring puppets that parodies infomercials of the 2000's. The main character, Ping Pong, laments over how he can’t find a girlfriend, but with the sexy-fying effects of SenpEYES (literally an anime eye sticker sheet), he’s transformed from simp to pimp.
The deliverables were two images of the words "Sugoi!" and "Satisfy", the former resembling slime and the latter resembling mutant eyeballs. We wanted "Sugoi!" to feel extra sugary sweet and cutesy, especially so that it would set an expectation for "Satisfy" to subvert with its uncanniness.
I love the concept for the film so much. It's been fantastic collaborating with artists from Cartoon Network and Adult Swim.
